You can select the reason to return your product. You will receive a refund equal to the amount you paid for your purchase if you return it partially or fully. We will assist you with returning the product. You can also choose to make a new purchase in-store or place a new order.

  1. Colors Queen Returns policy

Our main goal is to offer the finest cosmetic products to our customers. In case you are unsatisfied with the products you received from our online store, or you have changed your mind, you can return the unused product, and we will refund you the full purchase price.

To comply with the safety standards of the global retail industry and ensure the safety of our customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of products that have been opened, tried, or used.

If the packaging, labels, or stickers of a product are incomplete or missing, we cannot accept returns for that product.

If you receive a damaged or faulty product, we will accept its return and provide you with a replacement  of the purchased product. You must return all orders, including faulty or damaged products, and an unboxing video from your end within 15 days of receiving them..

  1. Mode Of refund

If you made the payment using a debit or credit card, we will refund the payment to the same card. If you return the product in-store, please make sure to bring the same debit or credit card with you.

If you made a payment using the Cash on Delivery method, we will email you to request your bank details. Once we receive the product(s), we will initiate a bank transfer for the refund amount within 24-48 business hours. The refund amount will be reflected in your account within 2-3 business days.
